Roles & Responsibilities

Description

  • Quality Audits involvement, SOP updating, purchasing management (includes regional facilities), medical related logistic, cost saving projects, laboratory inventory (QR Doc), general inventory, Integration of new software system.
  • Management of suppliers for annual and critical supplier reviewing with all departments.
  • Managing laboratory supplier requalification, annual/critical supplier review and related supplier management duties
  • Collection, sorting and distribution of incoming mails.
  • Arranging of local/overseas, postal mail arrangements, courier services and preparing of documents.
  • Arranging & receiving of daily deliveries where required
  • Manage office supplies (stationery and pantry supplies)
  • Maintenance of office equipment, inventory (photocopiers, faxes, etc.) for office use.
  • Managing Purchasing and inventory in NAV/BC systems/physical inventory
  • Plan and facilitate cost efficiency initiatives and projects
  • Monitor Admin Budget vs Expense report
  • Handling Telcos with regards to corporate mobile plans and internet services
  • Management of phones and tablets for staff
  • Handling of the cleaning service company and its arrangement
  • Cross functionality for Facility management tasks where required (facility maintenance schedule arrangements)

Requirements

  • Min. Diploma with working experience in general or purchasing administration
  • Understanding and working knowledge of Good Distribution Practice for Medical Device in Singapore (GDPMDS) will be an advantage
  • Able to work independently under minimal supervision, meticulous and organized
