Job Description:

Are you an organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for ensuring smooth and efficient operations within a dynamic company? We are seeking a motivated and proactive Personal Assistant to join our team. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a vital role in connecting and facilitating collaboration between our company's departments, staying informed about international financial trends and news events, organizing promotional activities, researching competitors, and addressing customer inquiries. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization and interact with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration Facilitation: Assist Foster cooperation and synergy between various departments, ensuring seamless communication and project coordination.
  • Market Watch: Keep abreast of international financial trends and news events, and assist in providing timely updates and insights to key stakeholders.
  • Promotion Planning: Asssist in planning and organizing promotional activities to boost the company's presence in the market, coordinating events and campaigns effectively.
  • Competitor Analysis: Research competitor products and services, identify strengths and weaknesses, and propose specific adjustments to improve our operations and competitive advantage.
  • Customer Engagement: Respond to online user inquiries; help to understand their evolving needs, and report back to key stakeholder.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication channels with key stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and partners.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in administrative and coordination tasks.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various teams and external stakeholders.
  • The ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and changing priorities.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Ability to converse in Chinese is a must.
  • Singapore Citizens and PR only.
