Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead of special projects such as Finance Vision and post-merger integration activities

· Define and implement new roles such as Data Analyst and Data Scientist to make the finance organization future ready and drive technology know-how in the group

· Lead of business data for Asia Pacific (analyze value of data & route to the right receivers) to enhance data driven decision making

· Implement digital enablement wave 2 in GSCS FIN AP

· Define and implement leaner processes and aim for process excellence program management of cross BU activities such as sustainability program

· Drive collaboration between DI SW and RC

· Implement cross BU digital enablement program

Requirements:

· Experience in the financial environment

· Understanding of M&A activities and legal entity structures

· Knowledge of Finance systems used by Siemens: SAP4HANA, Polaris, BA Dash, Tableau

· Excellent knowledge of Siemens environment

· Excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills

· Ability to work with multiple management levels in challenging situations

· Ability to use professional judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills

· Excellent English language skills
