Our client is a European shipping company looking to recruit a Marine/HSEQ Administrator with prior experince working with a shipping company in their Marine department.

Responsibilities:

Budget and invoicing - Preparation of budget for the Department issue of PO and invoice processing, as applicable.

To circulate new and revisions to Safety Management System after approval.

Update all changes to the Safety Management System.

Update revision log and indexes as applicable.

To track feedback loop for Safety Performance reports (along with MR) and acknowledgment for all revisions to the safety management system and circulars.

Flag State - Regulations - Circulars - Monthly basis.

Environment performance data collation.

To update- Master KPI excel sheet.

EGA contacts update (Owner’s contact update as per office emergency procedures).

To assist in preparing presentations and update of KPI data as and when required.

To collate all data related to KPIs.

To update the database for office internal and external audits.

Marine vessel distribution and fleet list update.

Assist in the Takeover of vessels for Posters, Circulars etc. as per the MoC.

Other tasks as asked by the Line Manager.
