Job Description

+ Possess knowledge ofenvironmental design, and green building rating tools [LEED, GreenMark, WELL, Smart Score, True Waste, LEAF, ILFI, etc.].

+ Conversant with environmental simulations such asenergy modelling, daylight analysis, CFD, life cycle carbonanalysis.

+ Assist to provide environmentaldesign briefs for clients.

+ Technicalknowledge of project work coupled with an understanding of projectmanagement tools.

+ Manage internal projectteam, provide technical guidance on environmental designprinciples, analysis, and calculations.

+Lead projects independently and deliver technical solutions todesign and client team.

+ Lead pro-activecoordination with internal and external disciplines to achieve ahigh-quality consistent set of presentation and design documents.

+ Proactively check and coordinate projectdocuments (including but not limited to multi-disciplinarydrawings, design reports, technical specifications, etc.).

+ Conversant with project’s contractualrequirements and deliver high quality deliverables in establishedschedule.

+ Familiarity with localsustainability regulations and codes.

+Able and motivated to update skills and expertise throughcontinuing professional development (CPD) initiatives.

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s orhigher degree in a field related to building engineering,sustainability, architecture

+ Minimumseven-years’ experience within sustainability consulting orbuilding engineering.

+ Possess minimumthree green building accreditations, such as Green Mark AP[required], LEED AP [required], WELL AP [required], TRUE Advisor[desired], WiredScore AP [desired].

+Successful track record of delivering local and internationalprojects in the built environment.

+Effectively multitask and work collaboratively with internal andexternal disciplines.

+ Experience inenergy modelling, daylight analysis, CFD, parametric modelling,life cycle carbon analysis, and ESG.

+Software skills in AutoCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper, IES VE, Adobe,One-Click LCA, Ansys, Star-CCM, OpenFOAM
