Reporting to the Head of Asset & Fund Management, you will be responsible for a wide encompassing scope such as assisting in the setting up and managing of funds, deal sourcing, evaluation, structuring & acquisition, development planning & execution, asset enhancement and asset management.

You will be looking to cover greenfield or redevelopment projects, asset enhancement, repositioning & turnaround for existing properties, highest & best use options, feasibility studies, sourcing for JV partners, negotiating & structuring deals, monitoring asset development or enhancement works etc.

You will also prepare fund documentation, investment memos, source for properties to acquire, carry out investment appraisals, negotiate & structure deals, perform due diligence, monitor Fund performance etc.

You will be involved in portfolio management such as divestment, re-financing, portfolio re-balancing, enhancing portfolio value, identifying potential opportunities (new markets and new products) and assessing potential investment deals.

Requirements

You possess a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or Building or Economics/Accountancy/Business from a reputable education institute and have at least 6 years of experience in the real estate, private equity, and finance, portfolio management, M&A/investments etc.

You are highly resourceful and possess business acumen as well as high proficiency in running financial modelling and deal structuring.

You have good knowledge in real estate market, macro-economic trends, property valuation, development and investment regulation and guidelines as well as in sectors like residential, commercial, retail and hotels.
