Job Overview: We are looking for Part-Time Service Crew members who will be an essential part of our team. As a service crew member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and create wonderful memories with every visit.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Prepare coffee, tea, sandwiches for customers and for delivery.
• Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Offer product recommendations and provide information about our cakes.
• Maintain a clean and organized bakery area.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions.
• Assist with packaging and preparing orders for customers.
• Uphold our high standards of customer service and uphold our elegant and sophisticated brand.

Requirements:

• Friendly and approachable personality with excellent customer service skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Cash and POS handling
• A passion for our bakery products.
• Food Hygiene Cert would be great.

Working Hours: This is a part-time position and hours are flexible. 6 hour shifts are available between 8.30am-9.30pm.

Salary: $10-12/h.

Location: 293 Holland Road#01-01, Jelita Shopping Centre. Nearest MRT: Dover (EW22).
