Job Description:

• Prepare shipping documents such as Bills of Lading, Arrival Notice, declare import & export permit
• To manage inbound and outbound cargos and operation activities.
• Provide introductory information about the company and its products and services to new customers
• Advise customers on products or services to best suit their specific requirements
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for their acceptance.
• Document customer interactions when necessary, compiling job related documents to ensure that customer requirements are met.
• Communicate all necessary job requirements clearly and efficiently to other stakeholders to ensure that customers’ requirements/instructions are addressed.
• Resolve customers’ concerns, if any.
• Office administrative work as assigned. 
• Build and maintain long term business relationship with new and existing customers

Requirements:

• Minimally 2 years of working experience
• Minimum Diploma holder
• Able to read, write & speak in Korean & English 
• Prior customer service or sales coordinator experience will be an advantage
• Experience in logistics industry will be an advantage
• Experience in permit declaration and prepare documents for airfreight
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
