Responsibilities

• Support Chef in kitchen operations and food preparation
• Ensure that quality and quantity are as per company’s and Chef’s standard recipes
• Supervise and ensure timely execution on food production
• Managing food purchasing and storage
• Coordinate, organise and participate in all production
• Ensure quality of food items and mise-en-place to be prepared for the day
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
• Support in the maintenance of all kitchen equipment’s cleanliness and good working order
• Provide support in ad-hoc duties assigned
