Overview of the Role: As a Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of our outlet's operations, ensuring seamless service, maintaining high standards, and inspiring your team to excel. Your leadership and dedication will play a pivotal role in shaping memorable experiences for our valued customers.

Responsibilities:
• Assist the Outlet Manager in daily restaurant operations
• Maintain an excellent service standard at all times
• Ensure all duties are carried out according to SOP to meet and exceed standards in quality of food, service, safety and cleanliness
• Light food preparation
• Taking orders
• Make recommendations to customers when necessary
• Maintain neat eating and serving areas
• Solicit guest feedback to understand the needs and wants of customers
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by The Management

The right candidate(s) will receive on-the-job training. Our preferred candidate should have the following qualifications:

• A positive attitude, with the ability to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere infused with high energy and enthusiasm.
• Previous experience in the food-service industry is preferred.
• Candidates with extensive experience may be considered for supervisory or management positions.
