Responsibilites:

• Handling of accounts payable and receivable
• Matching of vendors invoices with Delivery Order and Purchase Orders
• Keying of Vendors invoices
• Keying of AP Payment
• Attend to vendors enquiries
• Assist in issue cheque payment
• Any other duties as assigned

- Basic accounting knowledge with at least 1 year experience

- Knowledge in ERP (MS Navision) will be an added advantage

- Proficient in MS Office essential

- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
