Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is a MNC in Manufacturing Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Service Engineer to join their Engineering Department, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the North area.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with clients to grasp their technical requisites and identifying areas for potential enhancements.
• Executing solutions to fulfill clients' requirements effectively.
• Recognizing and resolving technical challenges encountered by clients.
• Addressing client inquiries and delivering guidance on hardware, software, and system utilization.
• Strategizing, coordinating, and overseeing the entire lifecycle of technical projects.
• Staying informed about the latest advancements and trends within the smart metering sector.
• Evaluating and delivering technical feedback.
• Product Development and Proof-of-Concept (POC) Demonstrations: Engaging in product enhancement and creating POC demonstrations

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Electrical Engineering or any relevant field.
• Possess Strong in technical skills is required.
