Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for technical support.
• Write product solutions and responsible for inquires of technical parts of related products.

Requirements:

• Polytechnic or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or telecommunication related.
• Miniment 1 year experience of technical support in IT/CCTV/telecom related industry.
• Good communication skills and sense of customer-focus, fluent in English and Mandarin for liaise with Chinese speaking customer.
