Job Summary:

Logistics company is looking for a Business Development Executive to generate potential leads and venture into the China market, securing new clients for the organisation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Hunting for sales and new target accounts for specific trade lanes assigned
• Obtaining and handling all detailed RFQs and shipments
• Developing and growing existing local accounts
• Sourcing for new business through cold calls and telemarketing
• Presenting professional sales service to all customers
• Preparing and submitting of monthly sales reports to HOD and Management
• Any other duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Logistics, Business or equivalent
• Min. 1 year experience in Sales and Business Development (Experience in Logistics / Airfreight sales will be an added advantage)
• Fluent in Chinese to liaise with foreign stakeholders and counterparts
• Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good sales presentation skills and a team player
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Self motivated and driven to achieve targets
