Job Overview:
. Perform principal consulting duties for Integration of Oracle HCM Cloud solution using Fit4Cloud.
. Manage and execute the requirements, analysis, design, scheduling, construction and delivery of the Oracle Cloud Integration solution components.
. Executes assigned project tasks within established schedule. Recognizes business process inefficiencies and recommends improvements.
. Performs research on problems, separating the symptoms from the actual cause, and identifies corrective measures.
. Seeks opinions and feedback on alternative solutions and implements those that have been agreed upon by the team.
. Completes his or her own assignments on time and with quality and suggests opportunities for quality and process improvements.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop an integration strategy and roadmap to align with project objective & timelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including external implementation partners
- Identify potential integration risks, challenges, and dependencies and develop mitigation plans.
- Lead the development and implementation of integration solutions for Oracle HCM Cloud using Fit4Cloud, working closely with development teams, internal IT team, payroll vendors, and external partners.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams during the integration process. Conduct integration testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues or errors
- Define project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for integration activities. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including local IT teams, and external vendors, to ensure smooth execution of integration projects using Fit4Cloud.
Qualifications:
- 15 years or more experience with strong proficiency in system integration - (Oracle HCM Cloud preferable)
- Knowledge of Fit4Cloud andenterprise tools (AD, O365, ServiceNow).
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies, and project management principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify integration risks and propose effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and facilitate effective communication.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.
- English fluent, other languages are a plus.
