Salary: up to $2600
Duration: 3 months contract to perm
Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours, Alt half sat

Location: Bukit Panjang

Job Description:

• Receive, answer and transfer calls.
• Attend to visitors ad handle enquiries
• Handle the admission, discharge, booking and coordination of transport for the residents
• Arrange for financial counselling
• Ensure that the residents’ records are updated and properly maintained
• Ensure all charges keyed into the CURA System are correct before generating invoices
• Send out invoices and monitor accounts receivables
• Generating receipts upon receiving payment
• Updating of E bed status in IRMS
• Updating of the hospitalization and home leave
• Coordinating and emailing prescriptions
• Coordinating with family for subsidy application and for the social report
• Renewing HHMT
• Updating of RAF
• Draft the letter to payer for changes in RAF and pass to Operations Manager for signature before sending out
• Coordinating with doctor for PGDAS, IDAPE, Eldershield, memo for discharge and medical report for subsidy application

Handling client’s feedbacks and redirect the feedback to the respective department head

Job Requirements: Min GCE O Level / Diploma in any courses
