Role: PMO (Project Financials) - 12 months Renewable contract

Experience: Minimum of 3 years

Location : Marina Bay Financial Centre

Job scope:

• Financial Analyst
• SME in contract lifecycle management workflow and systems, including risk and governance processes (e.g. RFx, CMP, ORR) within the dept)

Requirements:

• Tertiary education, with at least 2 years' experience on project financial reporting
• Preferably with some working experience on procurement-related / contractual matters in a technology setting
• Preferably possesses subject matter knowledge on RFx processes, including contract initiations and reviews (knowledge on common contractual clauses and terminologies)
• Highly organized, meticulous, detailed oriented with a good aptitude for numbers and strong analytical skills, and comfortable working with sensitive data
• Team player with good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to function independently and effectively in a self-directed environment
• Must be firm and be able to communicate with senior managers on concerns or raise issues in an appropriate manner
• Excellent in MS Excel and familiar with Office 365 applications
• Experience in using Coupa or any procurement system would be advantageous
• Familiarity with project financials advantageous
