Roles & Responsibilities

Start date: Immediate / Jan 2024

Office: Ang Mo Kio

Working hours: 8.30am to 6pm

Salary: up to $2,700/month (update)

Note: There is physical work handling laptops.

Experienced with Tech Refresh Skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling delivery of laptops and accessories
• Asset tagging, and inventory stock check
• Issuing and retrieva of asset to and from staff
• Arranging reformat of asset by IT
• Disposal of asset and update of asset records in tracking system
• Arrange repair of faulty assets with vendor/s
• Deployment and Imaging of Laptops
• Configuration and installation of software applications
• Guide users on the new laptop setup and basic troubleshooting of laptops
• Decommission of laptops includes removing of hard disk and data wiping
• Other tasks related to Asset Management scope of work

Requirements:

• Min Higher Nitec in IT/hardware related
• Proficiency in Microsoft office and knowledge of CAMS (Computer Age Management Services)
