JOB DESCRIPTION:

A company in medical device industry with global presence is currently looking for an Embedded C/C++ Engineer to join their Research and Development team.

Reporting to the Head of Engineering, the incumbent is responsible to actively develop firmware in embedded C, debugging, solving technical problems, create technical documentations to capture and communicate designs, process metrics, and improve work processes.

Successful candidates can expect to work in a fast-paced work environment with a great cohesive team for the established organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Computer/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent

• Minimally 5 years of experience with relevant role

• Proficiency with microcontroller architecture, andperipherals/interfaces (UART, SPI, I2C, GPIO, ADC)

• Experience with Medical Devices and knowledge of cybersecurity concepts is good to have

• Experience with embedded OS environments (Embedded Linux, FreeRTOS, VsWorks)

• MATLAB/SIMULINK

• Experience with ARM Cortex A / M

• Motion Control Theory Knowledge

• Experience with reading schematics and understanding of hardware software trade-offs.

• Communication and Presentation skills
