Responsible for setting up of operation system,processes.

• Preparereports.
• Liaise with subcontractors and sitestaffs.
• Coordinating operational schedules forwarehouse staffs.
• Maintain inbound and outboundof warehouse, including stock taking.
• Ensureall safety rules and regulations are observed and comply at alltimes.
• Effectively communicate with groundstaffs and management to resolve problems.
• Ableto work independently and as a team.
• Preferablewith Forklift licence.
• Other ad-hoc duties asassigned.
• Preferably with warehouse andlogistics operation experience.
• Proficiency inMicrosoft Office (Excel, MSWords).
• Self-motivated, ability to multi-task,willing to learn.
• Team player and able to workunder minimum supervision.
• Able to speakMandarin.
