Job Description:

As our full-time receptionist, you will be an integral part of our close-knit team, ensuring that every child and parent who walks through our doors feels welcome and valued. Your warm personality and exceptional organizational skills will be crucial in maintaining a smooth and efficient front desk operation.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome students, parents, and visitors with a cheerful demeanour

Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information

Schedule appointments and manage the school's calendar

Assist with student registration, enrollment, and billing processes

Maintain student records and ensure their confidentiality

Coordinate with teachers and staff to ensure a seamless learning experience for our students

Help with general administrative tasks and support various school events

Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Friendly and patient demeanour, especially when interacting with young children

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must

Proficiency in using office software and basic computer skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Passion for music and a genuine interest in working with young children

Able to work on the weekends, both Saturdays and Sundays preferred

Able to work from both River Valley and Pandan Valley

Music Background is an advantage
