Roles & Responsibilities

• Expand and maintain clients: Operate in industry circles (real estate, education, healthcare, gaming, logistics, etc.) or client circles (founders, inheritors, funded companies, family offices, etc.), combine with various ways such as the Group's resource ecology, effectively expand and maintain strategic individual and family clients with investable assets of 30 million US dollars or more.
• Effective client insight: Identify potential clients that meet the above criteria from various clues, establish a trusted connection, and understand client backgrounds and needs.
• Resource integration: Integrate internal and external business resources, as well as industry resources in which clients operate, to meet client service needs.
• Client transactional management: Responsible for organizing and inputting relevant information related to client expansion, and work with FR (Fulfillment Responsibility) to complete account, transaction, certification, and ongoing service.

Job requirements:

• Professional knowledge: Have a clear understanding of the asset and wealth management industry, and be proficient in one or more areas of macro analysis, asset allocation, identity planning, tax planning, etc.
• Customer service: Able and willing to effectively communicate with ultra-high net worth clients, establish good trust, and understand client needs.
• Product mastery: Familiar with the characteristics and advantages of different products of the company, and able to design reasonable asset allocation investment plans.
• Individuals with multi-family office / private banking / EAM experience will be advantageous
