Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements:

1. Possess a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields.
2. More than 8 years of experience in Active Directory domain and Windows System administration.
3. . Advanced technical expertise in Active Directory domain technologies in IT infrastructure enterprise environment.
4. Experience in supporting and troubleshooting Active Directory issues.
5. Plan, manage, implement and monitor Active Directory services related project deployment and integration.
6. Responsible for regular patching, upgrade and maintenance of Active Directory servers and ensuring compliance to IT security standards.
7. Ensure compliance with IT security standards, policies and procedures.
8. Good understanding of ITIL processes, with experience in an ITIL based environment.
9. Excellent written and communication skills.
10. Possess a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields.
11. 1 to 3 years of experience in developing and implementing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning solutions to improve incident management and resolution processes.
12. Responsible for building and maintaining the Al infrastructure that powers virtual agents and Al operations.
13. Work closely with operations team to identify areas where Al can be applied to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
14. Experience in monitoring and analyzing system performance data to identify trends and patterns.
15. Able to develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track system performance and incident resolution.
16. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
17. Continuously evaluate and improve Al models to ensure optimal performance.
18. Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in Al and machine learning.
19. Experience in designing and implementing automated workflows to streamline incident management and resolution processes.
20. Able to develop and maintain Al models for predictive analysis and proactive incident resolution.
21. Work with IT teams to integrate Al solutions into existing systems and processes.
22. Experience in developing and maintaining documentation for Al solutions and processes.
23. Provide training and support to operations team on Al solutions and processes.
24. Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements for Al solutions and processes.
25. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
26. Excellent written and communication skills.
