Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a world-class sales veteran with strong enterprise sales experience.


This seasoned personnel is a direct, field sales, quota-carrying position, responsible for selling our digital twin and 3D solutions into enterprise-level clients.


Responsibilities:


1. Expected to generate his/her own leads and also deepening existing clients relationship - Both a hunter and a farmer

2. Must have demonstrated experience in taking new name accounts from introductory meeting to contract close singlehandedly

3. Experience with complex solution sales and possess solutions/enterprise selling experience

4. We want candidates who are VERY STRONG in consultative selling with the ability to sell clients what is currently in production while sharing a vision for the future

5. Responsible for growing an existing customer book of business by way of expansion (up-sell & cross-sell), renewals, and churn mitigation

6. Maintain Executive Buyer (CXO) relationship while multithreading into all other key manager and director levels across our client organization

7. Individual contributor by going above and beyond existing roles responsibilities


Requirements:


a) Minimum 3 years of enterprise field solution selling experience in a high-growth fast-paced SaaS or SI company

b) Experience in digital twin and command centre industry is highly desired

c) A passionate, entrepreneurial person with a preferred Degree or MBA in a commercial, analytical or engineering discipline

d) Hands on, individual quota carrying with outstanding track record of exceeding revenue goals/quota

e) Proven ability/process of accurate pipeline and forecast management from initial lead to close

f) Build, foster and maintain key strategic relationships within prospect accounts, including senior client relationships at CXO levels

g) Ability to work independently from prospecting, quotation and proposal preparation and tender bidding experience

h) Self-starter with attention to detail and strong time skills

i) Highly motivated and results driven self-starter that don’t crack in a high-pressure environment.

j) Operates with a sense of urgency and values accountability.

k) Strong executive presence and ability to challenge CXO’s while acting as a trusted advisor and a strong influencer

l) Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences

m) Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills

n) Proficient command of English is mandatory
