Location: Novena (hospital)

Working Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours

Pay: up to 3.5k

Job Scope

• Oversee patient and non-patient billing, costing, fee revision, and monthly closing of accounts.
• Participate in the monthly closing of accounts and submission of reports to HQ.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to staff in the AR Section.
• Supervise Medisave/Insurance claims.
• Prepare and analyze monthly attendance and services workload reports.
• Assist in fee revision for endorsed and non-endorsed fees.
• Manage patient subsidy plans and service codes modification.
• Prepare quarterly costing reports.
• Manage Patient Deposit transactions.
• Assist in annual Projection/Budget planning.
• Prepare financial reports for Medical Education, Medifund, and other major events.
• Monitor funding from the Ministry of Health (MOH).
• Participate in system implementations.

Job requirement

• Degree in Accountancy/Finance.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity with relevant experience.
• Ability to multi-task under a fast-paced, dynamic working environment.
• Must be open to taking vaccine (vzv, tdap, mmr, cov)
