Job description: 

· Analyze and gather requirements, design and solution ServiceNow for clients.

· Bring thought-leading concepts with industry-specific solutions during the sales process.

· Maintain a broad view so that any and all work encourages optimal leverage of resources (existing and proposed), skills, and known work (happening and planned) to promote effective content creation.

· Understand and analyze business requirements, define target state, evaluate against the current state to identify gaps, and then drive to qualify and size comprehensive solutions.

· Identify and help drive operational efficiencies in the pre-sales process for the region to ensure delivery benefits and enables subsequent/other efforts.

· Maintain and promote a product mindset aligned with ServiceNow growth objectives.

· Hands-on leader able to work effectively with engineers at their level to fine-tune offerings:

o Ability to develop PoCs/Code independently in relevant technologies.

o Strong understanding of hyperscalers

Requirements: 

· 5 years experience implementing ServiceNow for clients.

· Preferably customer-facing role in last 2-3 years.

· Ability to explain the ServiceNow value proposition

· Ability to understand client requirements and draft ServiceNow solutions

· Ability to estimate, scope, and size projects

· Solution-focused mindset with a drive to learn new technologies and techniques and the ability to design, architect, and configure multiple applications/modules on the ServiceNow platform.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with colleagues and customers.

· Enjoys technology, takes the initiative to learn more, and shares knowledge with juniors and the team

· Proven ability to take initiative, be innovative, and develop creative solutions for challenging client needs.

· Proven experience working in a leading Pre-sales Solutions Consultant or Pre-sales Technical Architect role, driving value statements and technical approach/sizing.

· ServiceNow Fundamentals Certification required

· ServiceNow Implementation Specialist and/or ServiceNow Developer certification preferred.

· 3 years of related experience developing ServiceNow, programming JavaScript, IT service management, or other related technologies
