Temp Finance Assistant

Salary: $10 per hour
Duration: Until 1 Jul 2024 or longer
Location: Novena

Job scope:
- Sort up daily invoices/DO / PO/ GT
- Scanning and printing invoices 
- Assist to attach supporting documents in SAP
- Support/ follow up with the approval on invoices
- Liaise with vendors for outstanding invoices
- Response on vendors payment/ staffs claim enquries
- Assist in ad-hoc AP duties assigned

Job requirement:
Min A levels/ Nitec/ Diploma
