Location: Yishun/Ubi/Tanjong Pagar
One day off weekday and one day of weekend, need to work morning afternoon night shifts
Salary: Up to $2.5k

Job Description:
•Telephone/Email Coverage
Answering calls and responding to inquiries.
Reminder calls for appointment confirmation and rescheduling appointments.
•Registration 
Schedules appointments and enters appointment date and time into computerized scheduler with a high rate of accuracy.
Check for insurance coverage and intention to use insurance or government subsidies such as CHAS.
•Collection 
Collects payment from patients, applies payments to patient accounts in the computer system, and reconciles daily cash reports.
•Clinic Administration
•Financial and Product Counselling

Job Requirements
- Min A/N Level/Nitec
- Min 1 year of  Customer Service Experience
- Able to start work immediately
