The strategic role is responsible for the management of Non-Japanese Corporates & NBFI Cash Management Sales team in Singapore. This role will also lead the Non-Japanese Corporate Transaction Banking Solutions sales business across various industries including NBFIs across APAC countries.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead Non-Japanese Corporates & NBFI Cash Management Sales team in Singapore. Take the lead on Non-Japanese Corporate Transaction Banking Solutions sales business across various industries including NBFIs across APAC countries, working closely with the respective country heads of Transactional Banking Solutions or relationship managers of other countries
• Lead regional-wide project as management staff such as Market Sector approach, and support Co-Heads as a resource to TBSD teams across Asia for Sector Banking approach
• Engage senior level stakeholders to provide transaction banking solutions holistically
• Strong follow-through on projects, working closely with Co-Heads of TBSD Asia, Regional Head of GTFD and Head oof Japanese Corporate Sales team to resolve issues with internal and stakeholders where necessary
• Collaborate with Front Office departments and appropriate Risk & Compliance teams to conceptualize and execute appropriate sales strategies
• Role model for inter-departmental, multi-branch collaboration for global client banking solutions

Job Requirements

• Strong working experience in customer sales, banking operations and systems
• At least 15 years' of working experience in Transaction & Corporate Banking is essential, with a proven track record for success
• At least 7 years' experience in leading sales team
• Strong customer centric mindset
• Analytical and creative in problem solving
• Excellent proficiency in English
• Ability to lead the discussion with senior management in achieving the desired outcomes
• Ability to spearhead projects/initiatives while working with various internal stakeholders
• Strong communication skills, proactive, team player, good inter-personal skills
