Basic salary : $2000 to $2200

Work hour : around 33 to 34 hours per week.

5 Days Week

Staggered hours

1 day rest on Weekend

Job Brief – Clinic Assistant

The role:

• Register patients including but not limited to checking CHAS/Insurance eligibility.

• Assist doctors and chaperone during procedures.

• Prepare equipment and ensure that it meets health and safety standard for use.

• Prepare, replenish, check and dispense medications and consumables

• Receive deliveries and check against PO, DO and invoice to ensure accuracy

• Collect payment including but not limited to submission of CHAS and Insurance claims.

• Attend to phone calls, schedule appointment and send reminders to patients for chronic medication follow-up.

• Handle administration and documentation of referrals, lab tests and radiology services from various vendors.

• Perform administrative duties such as daily fridge temperature recording, sharp box disposal and attendance tracking.

• Receive deliveries and check against PO, DO and invoice to ensure accuracy.

• General housekeeping of the clinic.

• Other duties assigned by the doctor.

Requirements:

- Minimum GCE “N” levels.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Able to work rotation shift and on weekends and public holidays.

• Positive, self-motivated and customer service orientated, team player.
