 Yishun (Working timing varies from 10am to 10pm & Staff are required to work 12 hrs shift) 

 Ubi (Working timing varies from 8.30am to 8.30pm & Staff are required to work 12 hrs shift. Sun will be closed)

3 months – 1 year contract, thereafter 1 year renewable

44hrs a week and will have a shift combination of AM,PM and NIGHT depending on operation needs. Staff normally will have 1 weekend off, 1 weekday off (if possible) and PH off

Jobscope:

• Telephone/Email Coverage

Answering calls and responding to inquiries.
Reminder calls for appointment confirmation and rescheduling appointments.

• Registration

Schedules appointments and enters appointment date and time into computerized scheduler with a high rate of accuracy.

Check for insurance coverage and intention to use insurance or government subsidies such as CHAS.

• Collection

Collects payment from patients, applies payments to patient accounts in the computer system, and reconciles daily cash reports.

• Clinic Administration
• Financial and Product Counselling
