Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis:

Conduct in-depth financial analysis of potential acquisition targets, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Evaluate the financial health and performance of target companies to identify opportunities and risks.

Due Diligence:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform thorough due diligence on potential acquisitions.
Assess legal, financial, and operational aspects of target companies to ensure alignment with Group's strategic objectives.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes within the APAC region.
Provide insights and recommendations based on market research to facilitate informed decision-making.
Develop and maintain robust financial models to evaluate potential acquisition scenarios.
Present financial models and analysis to the executive team, highlighting key drivers and risks.
Work closely with the CEO APAC and other stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and align M&A activities with organizational goals.
Collaborate with legal, finance, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless execution of the M&A process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in M&A analysis, financial modeling, and due diligence.
Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and market dynamics.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
