Responsibilities

• To work closely with Site Lead, Group FM andBuilding Trade Lead, Group FM in building clear accountability,expectations and deliverables for the Site Building Tradeteam.
• To assist for good contract managementwrt Civil & Building systems with clear end-to-end expectationson contract management which include the Pre-signingresponsibilities of the Contract Owners, and the post-signingresponsibilities which broadly covers Contract Monitoring (e.g.Service level monitoring), Escalation of Contract Errors,Non-Compliances, Claims and Disputes, Legal Disputes, ContractReview (e.g. Supplier performance assessment, Exercising of optionyears etc.) and Retention. These will be part of the annual totalperformance management (TPM) review.
• EnsureBuilding team members are aware of their accountability for serviceperformance or lapses.
• To assist BuildingTrade Site Team in facilities operations such as system breakdowninvestigations, inspections, audits, review of maintenance program,etc.
• To oversee and guide the specialistvendors and maintenance agent to meet their KPIs to ensureconsistent performance.

Requirements

• Degree Holder – Minimum three (3) years ofrelevant experience in management of Civil & Building servicesand facilities operation as well as improvementprojects.
• Certificate in Fire SafetyManager/Officer or relevant fire safety experiences will beadvantageous.
