Job description: 

•   Partnering with hiring managers during full cycle TArecruitment for contract positions in Singapore.
•   Partner with hiring managers in understanding andclarifying talent needs and expectations, as well as formulatingeffective recruitment strategies and hiring plans for contractpositions in Singapore.
•    Contractmanagement for renewals and replacements.
•   Recruitment and hiring for internship requests; involve incoordination for monthly internship engagement events andinternship graduation ceremony.
•    Involvein job fairs to attract top talents in the market.
•   Support HR general functions such as operations,compensation and benefits, T&OD in different processes. 
•    Suggest ideas for populating HRdata and ease for PowerPoint presentation
•   Utilise various recruitment channels, in the mostcost-effective ways and determine the most effective sourcingmethod for the candidate pool and resume screening, including jobposting at different channels and send out internal updates forreferrals. 
•    Assist in the design anddraft quarterly highlights and updates for the HR Newsletter to SGemployees

Requirements:

•   Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business orequivalent.
•    Min. 3 years experience inend-to-end recruitment in Engineering, chemical or waterindustry.
•    Excellent communication skillswith the ability to build relationships with candidates andinternal stakeholders and manage hiring managers’ expectation
•    Experience in internship recruitment andnetwork with universities and polytechnics.
•   Knowledge in using digital tools & technology such aspowerpoint presentation, visier and workday
•   Able to handle volume hiring and be efficient andeffective.
•    A great team player andengaging personality.
