Associate, WRB CEO Office
Job Description
- The Associate, WRB CEO Office, reports to the WRB Chiefof Staff and as part of the WRB CEO Office, provides support inareas such as office administration, event management,communications, and governance.
- This is ahands-on role which involves close collaboration with the BPMs andother direct reports of the WRB Management Team, offering richopportunities to learn about WRB strategy, segments and products,at the Group level as well as across our diversemarkets.
- The Associate needs to possess acan-do attitude, humility, attention to detail, strongcommunication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle ambiguityas well as adapt quickly tochanges.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Office Administration / General
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks of the WRB CEOOffice e.g. consolidate discussion materials for WRB MT meetingsand ensure that meeting rooms are set up, collection and exchangeof seasonal festive gifts with internal and externalstakeholders.
- When needed, provide cover forthe WRB CEO's Personal Assistant.
- Preparebriefing notes or speaking notes ahead of key meetings.
- Organise WRB MT volunteering and team buildingevents.
- Provide other ad hoc support asneeded.
EventManagement / Communications
- Support organisation of WRB MT face-to-face meetings andoffsites, business trips by the WRB CEO, staff engagement events(e.g. Leadership Huddle, Global Town Hall), client events,etc
- Support the WRB CEO communications agenda,working with CABM to communicate key messages across WRB businessand functions.
- Draft speaking notes andpresentation materials for internal and external speakingengagements.
- Governance
- Support governance activities of the WRB CEO Office, suchas cost/travel trackers, Power of Attorney registry, HRprocesses
- Ensure relevant risks and/or issuesare brought to the attention of the WRB Chief ofStaff

Our IdealCandidate
- A minimum ofTertiary education qualification
- 3+ years ofbanking experience
- A proactive can-doattitude, willingness to be hands-on, humility, and eagerness tolearn, as the scope of work ranges from administrative tasks tomore complex work
- Exceptional attention todetail
- A team player with strong interpersonalskills and collaborative mindset, to influence and work with a widevariety of stakeholders
- Ability toproblem-solve and handle ambiguity, including flexibility to adaptto changes and peaks in workload at short notice
- Strong communication skills - verbal andwritten
- Creative flair and experience withgraphic/visual design (e.g. Canva, Photoshop) is anadvantage
- Familiarity with WRB is anadvantage
