Job Description
Position Type: Contract, deputed to Client | Work Location: Tampines or Central
Required Experience/Skills
- Assign the tickets to the respective teams following the SOP
- Provide technical assistance and support to end-users who are experiencing hardware, software, or network-related issues.
- Ensure smooth functioning of computer systems and addressing users' concerns promptly and effectively.
- Resolve IT-related problems, improving user experience, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
