Customer Call Officer (Contact Centre)
Job Description
- Call Centre Exp
- No Exp Are Welcome To Apply - Training Will Be Provided
- Office Hour / 5 Days Work Week (Able to work on Weekend)
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Attend to customers' enquiries via hotline and emails
- Proper recording of conversation with customer in the call centre system
- Achieve individual and team KPIs
- Maintain a positive and helpful approach in interactions with all customers
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Possess Call Centre experience
- No experience are welcome to apply and training will be provided
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented and a good team player
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to work on weekends
Other Information:
- Working Hour: Office Hour / 5 Days Work Week including weekends (Will have some weekends off)
- Location: Town (Near to MRT)
- Salary: Up to $3100/mth + OT + AWS + VB
