Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the laundry business, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Analyze, develop and implement laundry processes and practices.
Developing strategies to increase productivity and profitability.
Ensure the company’s operations meet quality, safety standards, legal specifications and regulations.
Procuring equipment, material and resources for the business.
Manage the company logistics to ensure on time delivery to customers.
Provide customers' services support.
Manage and train employees, and to deal with employee concern.
Setting budgets and controlling costs.
Lead Project implementation.
Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration or Industrial & System Engineering preferred.
With at least 3 years of operations management experience in production or manufacturing environment.
With strong analytical skills and objective driven.
Able to work independently and efficiently, interact and communicate effectively at all levels.
Team player with leadership and motivational skills.
