- Oversee the daily operations of the laundry business, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Analyze, develop and implement laundry processes and practices.
- Developing strategies to increase productivity and profitability.
- Ensure the company’s operations meet quality, safety standards, legal specifications and regulations.
- Procuring equipment, material and resources for the business.
- Manage the company logistics to ensure on time delivery to customers.
- Provide customers' services support.
- Manage and train employees, and to deal with employee concern.
- Setting budgets and controlling costs.
- Lead Project implementation.
- Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration or Industrial & System Engineering preferred.
- With at least 3 years of operations management experience in production or manufacturing environment.
- With strong analytical skills and objective driven.
- Able to work independently and efficiently, interact and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Team player with leadership and motivational skills.
