Business Function

DBS Institutional Banking Group provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Responsibilities

As part of the IBG4 Money Service Business (MSB) industry team, the candidate will function as a Corporate RM, and he / she will be responsible for
Acquire and develop new customer relationships (both locally and overseas) directly or through intermediaries;
Proactive management and monitoring of customer accounts to achieve optimum business and profitability;
Identify new business opportunities, understand customers' needs, evaluate risks and structure deals that meet the requirements of both customer and Bank;
Work with product, operating, & other segments of the Bank to provide prompt and efficient customer service
Ensure compliance of mandatory banking policies and processes including performing customer due diligence, risk evaluation and account reviews.
Research and analysis of various Money Service Business and Payment Service Providers locally and globally;
Identify industry trends leading to product development initiatives suitable for MSB industry;

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree with >1 year of relevant corporate banking experience.
Sales driven mentality with a strong business development acumen.
Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills, including high proficiency in Mandarin to speak to mandarin-speaking customers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & communicate accurately and effectively.
Resourceful individual, multitask oriented, Energetic and a good team player.
Knowledge and experience in handling MSBs is an advantage.
