Responsibilities

• As part of the IBG4 Money Service Business (MSB) industry team, the candidate will function as a Corporate RM, and he / she will be responsible for
• Acquire and develop new customer relationships (both locally and overseas) directly or through intermediaries;
• Proactive management and monitoring of customer accounts to achieve optimum business and profitability;
• Identify new business opportunities, understand customers' needs, evaluate risks and structure deals that meet the requirements of both customer and Bank;
• Work with product, operating, & other segments of the Bank to provide prompt and efficient customer service
• Ensure compliance of mandatory banking policies and processes including performing customer due diligence, risk evaluation and account reviews.
• Research and analysis of various Money Service Business and Payment Service Providers locally and globally;
• Identify industry trends leading to product development initiatives suitable for MSB industry;

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with >1 year of relevant corporate banking experience.
• Sales driven mentality with a strong business development acumen.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills, including high proficiency in Mandarin to speak to mandarin-speaking customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & communicate accurately and effectively.
• Resourceful individual, multitask oriented, Energetic and a good team player.
• Knowledge and experience in handling MSBs is an advantage.
