Job Responsibilities:

Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders
Keep up to date with sales campaigns and offers
Assist in payment collection from clients
Coordinate with different departments to complete tasks
Support sales campaigns and/or wine events
E-Commerce administration (sales leads, queries, inventory loading)
Provide timely and accurate feedback to the Superior/Director

Job Qualifications/Prerequisites:

Proven Experience in Sales administration
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
Good account management – Monitor & collect payment promptly.
Customer service oriented
Professional Attitude: Integrity, dependability and reliability.
Good computer skills (MS Office, especially in Excel)
Commence role instantaneously upon offer
Wine and/or Sales support experience is a bonus

Monday - Friday
