Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders
• Keep up to date with sales campaigns and offers
• Assist in payment collection from clients
• Coordinate with different departments to complete tasks
• Support sales campaigns and/or wine events
• E-Commerce administration (sales leads, queries, inventory loading)
• Provide timely and accurate feedback to the Superior/Director

 

Job Qualifications/Prerequisites:

• Proven Experience in Sales administration
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
• Good account management – Monitor & collect payment promptly.
• Customer service oriented
• Professional Attitude: Integrity, dependability and reliability.
• Good computer skills (MS Office, especially in Excel)
• Commence role instantaneously upon offer
• Wine and/or Sales support experience is a bonus
