About the Director of Technology, Innovation Role:
This an exciting opportunity to work with a leading organisation within the healthcare industry. They are looking to hire a Veeva CRM Specialist reporting to the Head of IT.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and managing technical solutions for the business end to end on Veeva systems
Working with internal stakeholders to understand the requirements and help them with the business objectives
Managing the business change request and doing proper documentations
Providing data in a timely manner and making sure interface is working properly
Supporting interface from Veeva to third party solutions

To succeed as a Veeva CRM Specialist you will need to have around four years of experience.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
Experience in Salesforce or Veeva systems
Experience in business system design and managing interfaces
Experience in IT project management and other CRM tools
Stakeholder management is required
