About the Director of Technology, Innovation Role:
This an exciting opportunity to work with a leading organisation within the healthcare industry. They are looking to hire a Veeva CRM Specialist reporting to the Head of IT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and managing technical solutions for the business end to end on Veeva systems
• Working with internal stakeholders to understand the requirements and help them with the business objectives
• Managing the business change request and doing proper documentations
• Providing data in a timely manner and making sure interface is working properly
• Supporting interface from Veeva to third party solutions

To succeed as a Veeva CRM Specialist you will need to have around four years of experience.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Experience in Salesforce or Veeva systems
• Experience in business system design and managing interfaces
• Experience in IT project management and other CRM tools
• Stakeholder management is required
