Greet customers warmly and assist them in a friendly and efficient manner.
Provide detailed information about pastries, ingredients, and pricing to customers.
Offer recommendations and suggestions based on customer preferences.
Address customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and patience.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Upsell and cross-sell pastry products to maximize sales opportunities.
Arrange pastries and bakery items in an attractive and organized manner.
Monitor product levels and restock shelves as needed.
Keep the store clean, including countertops, display cases, and floors.
Support team members during busy periods by sharing responsibilities.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth store operations.
