• Greet customers warmly and assist them in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Provide detailed information about pastries, ingredients, and pricing to customers.
• Offer recommendations and suggestions based on customer preferences.
• Address customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and patience.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Upsell and cross-sell pastry products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Arrange pastries and bakery items in an attractive and organized manner.
• Monitor product levels and restock shelves as needed.
• Keep the store clean, including countertops, display cases, and floors.
• Support team members during busy periods by sharing responsibilities.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth store operations.
