We are looking for full-time, in-person Business Development Executive that will generate, maintain and nurture long-term relationships and trust with potential and existing clients. The role will focus on building and overseeing a portfolio of clients to ensure that their daily needs and objectives are being continuously met. This will primarily involve generating and nurturing leads, using our go-to B2B appointment booking methods and internal CRM. The BDE will report directly to the BDC Manager.
. Conduct research and identify SME's and MNC's in Singapore through legal means in order to create and establish sales opportunities
. Determine the right buyer persona by identifying the industry, company size/revenue, department and designated role
. Database building and uploading of contacts into HubSpot CRM
. Lead Generation with primary focus on Email, LinkedIn and Cold-calling outreach/campaigns
. Seeking out speaking engagements and events for prospect networking
. High level of content creation and customization through in-depth company research and analysis
. Cold/Warm calling. Creating and customizing the call pitch according to the prospect's profile and needs
. Scheduling, leading and facilitating discovery calls/meetings with prospects in order to determine and depict how Arbinger services can provide value and solutions to the challenges they're faced with
. Building, maintaining and nurture of sales pipeline in the HubSpot CRM
. Tracking of data in the HubSpot CRM and daily/weekly report building and update
. Continuous market research to further define market audience
Job skills and requirements
. Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound lead generation at an agency or in a corporate setting
. Proven track record in Email and LinkedIn outreach/campaigns
. Proven track record in cold calling
. Demonstrated ability to close deals
. Ability to work independently as well as within a team
. Strong work ethic, discipline and willingness to learn is a must
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
. Highly proficient in both written and spoken English.
. Ability to deal with deadlines
. Ability to stay calm under pressure, deal with and resolve client escalations
. Affinity towards technology
. CRM software experience in HubSpot

. Keen interest in emerging technologies and trends
. Able to work in a team
. Organized and disciplined
. Proactive in work and ideas
