Requirements
- Ensure the quality of all the dishes adhere to company'sstandard
- Liaise with other department for themaintenance of kitchen equipment
- Supervisekitchen operations and ensure smooth flow of food
- Familiarise with the menu
- Conductchecks before operation starts
- Manage thedepartment and conduct briefings
- Handledismissal, termination and resignation
- Ensurethe departments follow the 5S and HACCP requirements
- To perform any other duties assigned bysuperior
Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in Chinesecuisine
- Experience in managingstaff
- Specialize in Chinese cuisine andin-depth knowledge in nutritional cooking
- Execellent time management and able tomulti-task
- Good leadership and organizationalskills
