The successful candidatewill have the followingresponsibilities:

• Managing audit engagements which include initialengagement planning, analysis of controls and processes,preparation and review of audit documentations and managementletters and reports and monitoring of engagement progress againstbudget and timeline
• Developing and maintaininglong-term client relationship and identifying business developmentopportunities
• Coaching and developing teammembers to achieve technical competencies and efficientperformance

The idealcandidate should have:

• A recognised degree in Accountancy and professionalaccounting qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CPA orequivalent
• Must have knowledge on PCAOBStandards, IAS, ICOFR, IFRS, US GAAP
• Externalaudit experience of minimum 7 years or more in a mid-tier or largeaccounting firm and experience in handling a portfolio of clientsin a medium to large professional services firm
• A good understanding of pertinent business and riskmanagement issues and familiarity with the regulatory and reportingenvironment. Good working knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP and SOX-404 isgreatly advantageous
• Excellent communicationsskills, strong analytical skills and excellent businessacumen.
